The functionality to log user
activity to a printer has been broken in GEMS-1-17-21. GEMS-1-17-23 and
GEMS-1-18-9 fix the problem, user transactions will be logged to a
printer as you saw it in GEMS-1-17-11.

changing the election title

creating report precincts

creating voter groups

changing ballot options

changing race options

defining races, candidates and candidate endorsements

defining headers

generating ballot artwork

setting the election status
I have installed a line printer on my PC and updated registry settings for
printer logging. In GEMS 1-17-11, each of these transactions is
correctly logged.
Printer logging must be implemented before May 22nd, at which point GEMS
is submitted for certification in the state.
