RE: Add separate initial instruction text file to VIBS write-in section
Not too difficult. It worked that way initially, and then we changed it to
just one instruction clip because it didn't seem worth it. We can
concatenate a VIBS_WI_Welcome with VIBS_WI_Instuctions at the beginning.
That is, until the user presses their first key. Only VIBS_WI_Instructions
would repeat after that. This is analogous to the main VIBS welcome and
instructions.
I have to ask though, what would this script actually say? "Welcome to the
audio ballot write-in entry"??? Are you sure that is worth the breath?
