A method to have a long race start on the next column in order
to have the whole race in one column.
If the race has too many candidates to fit on one column some
of the candidates snake to the next column. Solution is to have the race
take up two columns via Options in Race Editor but then that screws up the OS
ballot.
Like to see long races start on next column with even
distribution of candidates if longer than one column.
