Actually it is
implemented. You need to install the MS
Speech SDK for it to work though. It was done last year to head off
some Soza nonsense. Predictably, no one has expressed a lot of interest in
using it though, since the voice quality is obviously not as good as a human
recording, and it only does English. It should I suppose be part of the
user docs nonetheless.
Tell you
what we probably should do though is disable the button if the Speech
libraries aren't detected. I'll look into it when I get
back.
