The request for this report was to compare the Alameda 134 ballot styles and
the precincts within each style to our ballot styles (once we manually map
out that Alameda style 1 = our style 13, etc.) and the precincts within each
of our styles.  At least to say that they have 33 precincts in style 1 and
we have 33 precincts in our style 13, etc.
