Challenged ballots marked as "Accepted" in Ballot Station should not be displayed in GEMS "Challenge Board" dialog.

Using the TS, I am able to successfully mark a challenged ballot as accepted from the "Challenged Voters" screen. But from GEMS if I view the "Challenge Board" after I upload it says that the ballot was accepted but the "Reviewed In" field it says "not reviewed".
