Returning to recall race

Using the 4Key to
return from an undervoted/ unvotable race to a previous race
plays the message "you have chosen to undervote this race"
"To confirm press
nine" "to continue voting press one" which is not correct if the current race
has no votable candidates. example: a recalled race in which the associated
recall race has been undervoted.
I suspect returning
from an unvotable preference race would act similiarly.
