If you are in Test Mode with VIBS and HIDE Ballot, there is no
longer a CANCEL button on the screen. There is no cancel function on the
keypad, and the "0" key doesn't take input to go back to the instruction
page. Is this per design? If so, how do you cancel a
ballot?
