I am still having troubles getting a "Totals" label for the totals column of the GEMS Election Summary Report when the "Counter Groups Totals Only" check box is unchecked.

I am running GEMS 1.17.2.1 and GEMS Reports 1.17.1

RCR: Add a "Totals" label for the totals column of the GEMS Election Summary Report when the "Counter Group Totals Only" check box is unchecked.

It was a bug fixed some time ago. Try latest GEMS and follow up to bugtrack if you are still having trouble.
