Yes,
I can go to the latest version and it may work. However, in this case,
the customer would not only have to update Gems but also their AVTS
units. Is this something we want to ask them to do?? I know that
installing both Gems & AVTS software is not difficult, and we could
probably talk them through it on the phone or with some instructions.
But I do not have the time for it right now, does anybody
else???
Can't reproduce it under 1.17.3. Folks,
before you post bug reports please check the latest version to see if it has
already been fixed.
