Testing shadow races using Gems 1.14.5 with rotation.  Voting on a American Independent Party ballot.  Vote for ie:  D. Trump , 7th cand. on ballot, 13th on report.  The Pres. race report gives Trump the vote, but on the Pres. AIP report, J. Kovel (7th cand. on report)  gets the vote. In other words if I vote for the 4th cand on the ballot, the 4th cand on the report gets the vote as so on.
