Brian Ristuccia 45 Harjean Rd. Billerica, MA 01821-2242 F&A or Legal Department Teleservices Direct 225 North High St. Munsie, Indiana 47303 December 9, 1999 Sirs: I am contacting you because of repeated telemarketing calls in violation of the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Public Law 102-243. Your firm has telephoned me multiple times to solicit a credit card for "First Financial Bank". Even after I requested that no further calls be made, the calls continued. I recieved calls on November 30, 1999 at 6:46pm, on the evenings of Tuesday, December 7, Wednesday, December 8, and Thursday, December 9 at 6:15pm. On November 30, and December 8, I informed the caller that their calls were undesired and that they should not call again. On December 8, I requested contact information and drafted this letter. One of the calls was answered by another person, and two of the calls were taken in the presence of another person. They are willing to produce an affidavit to this effect. Please send payment in the amount of $500 to the address on the top of this letter. If you do not comply before December 23, 1999, I will file a claim with the Massachusetts small claims court for that amount. Thank You. Brian Ristuccia
