Edit your ~/.netscape/preferences.js file to disable PICS Internet Censorship Software

Edit your ~/.netscape/preferences.js file. Change the line that reads

user_pref("browser.PICS.ratings_enabled", true);

to

user_pref("browser.PICS.ratings_enabled", false);
