Subject: are you proving a point?

Gentlemen:

I am an Adobe System stockholder and an Adobe product user, today, but probably not tomorrow.

I suppose you people think you are proving some kind of point by using the courts for slap and scare tactics in attacking an innocent kid who doesn't speak English well and can't defend himself. This is about the lowest form of violation of civil rights I can imagine.

If you want to sue his company, then do so in international civil court. not by strong-arm personal intimidation -- this reminds me of Nazi Germany for god's sake. What could you possibly be thinking. Its bad business practice and a bad P. R. move by Adobe, not only will you forever be remembered as the human rights violators, but surely there will be more copies of that software around than there are of DeCSS in one week.

You have INSURED the demise of your eBook system.

I am ashamed to be in this profession and ashamed to be an Adobe stock holder, and right now you make me ashamed to be an American. Drop the charges and apologize, pay the kids way back home and say you are sorry.

Sincerely,
John Golini
