Background Information

Threat Letter from Trademark Management

Seven years pass. On February 1, 2007, I received a letter (scanned page images: 1, 2, 3, envelope) from Lisa Uriguen Armstrong, President of Trademark Management, claiming to represent D.A.R.E. America. The letter goes on to claim that I'm using the dare logo for promotional purposes and accuses me of trademark infringement. The letter and background information are posted on this site and submitted to the Chilling Effects Clearninghouse.

Response to D.A.R.E. America / Trademark Management

On February 7, 2007, I sent a response via email declining D.A.R.E. America's demands and requesting an apology.
