GEMS-1-18-8 install package is ready for download, it already includes
JResultClient-1-1-1.

The numbering scheme for JResultClient has modified to follow GEMS's, i.e.,
JResultClient-[major]-[minor]-[build].  Please note the GEMS and
JResultClient version numbers are independent.  And JResultClient-1-1-1 will
work with all previous releases of GEMS.
