CC 2.00h is now ready from the order desk in McKinney. Essentially
this is the same as CC 2.00g except that it will now save the setup configuration
(i.e. the host's IP address) on 128K memory cards.

Accu-Vote 2000 - Release 2.00h
Purpose
To allow the setup configuration to be saved
to 128K memory cards.
Compatibility
The 2.00h release of the Accu-Vote firmware is
based on the 2.00g release. The central count communications protocol and
memory card format remain compatible with the 2.00f format.
Central Counter (CC) Release

Fix problem whereby large (128K) memory cards would
always report a checksum error.
