RE: Question about 1.18.15



Have they tried other GEMS versions to determine whether it's GEMS or their PC setup?

Here is some more information from the customer.

·         GEMS closes when any of the pre-election reports are previewed or printed. 

·         Within the Pre Election Reports menu, the number of copies is shaded out. 

·         The customer has removed and reinstalled GEMS.

·         The problem occurs with multiple databases.

When we try to print or preview the ballots on our server it exits out of

GEMS.  I can usually work around this by selecting a printer.  But when I am

trying to print the .ps files (the ballot files)  it always closes GEMS.

 

What can be done to correct this problem?
