Windows sees a device attached but it doesn’t associate a driver with
it.

Windows is unable to identify, detected USB devices
like microphones, mice, or keyboards.
All of these devices are detected and work another computer. To take the Windows out of the picture,
I booted the server with a USB keyboard and it would not post the BIOS or enter
setup.

On two different occasions I have contacted Dell
regarding problems with the USB ports on a PE4600 server. Each of the Dell representatives I
spoke with stated that Dell does not support the USB ports on this server and
that they are there for future use.
Has anyone else encountered this?
