FYI.  When I looked earlier, I was looking in the wrong place.  I was looking in docs under "file access" rather than "Documentation".  Why do we have both places?   ...Pat

Tari, I experience no problem accessing this document at https://staff.dieboldes.com/docs/gems/data/GEMS_1-17_Users_Guide_Revision_7.0.pdf.  The access thread from the staff home page is Documentation -> GEMS -> User Guides -> 'PDF', selected next to 'GEMS User's Guide Revision 7.0'.

I can't find it at all.  I see 1-11 and various versions of 1-18, but no 1-17.  I assume you are looking in the docs directory.   ...Pat
