From:
owner-support@dieboldes.com [mailto:owner-support@dieboldes.com] On Behalf Of Greg Forsythe Enough with the exclamation marks already. ADRIANA BOLIVAR, THE
DIEBOLD CONTACT AT MARSH CANADA LIMITED, 416 349-4745, (COMPANY INSURANCE) HAS
STATED THAT: 1. THE
VEHICLE MUST BE LEASED IN THE NAME OF DIEBOLD COMPANY OF CANADA LIMITED 2. ANY
DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL VEHICLE IS NOT
COVERED. POLICY STATES PHYSICAL DAMAGE NOT COVERED. The assumption would be
that the rentor should purchase coverage at the outrageous rates from the
car rental company. Why do you make this assumption? Read the statement sent be Tracy Flag to
the announce list Sept 17 subject “Crawford & Co.” It reads: Diebold's
insurance covers liability only
and any other risk will be covered by Diebold Election Systems and charged to
the department's cost center. What part of this is unclear? Any other risk will be covered by
Diebold Election Systems (or in your case, Diebold Election Systems
Canada). Ken |
