I took your statement literally that "the TS units just ring and ring".  Do you know that is what is really happening?  If GEMS answers, connects, and then disconnects there are many more possibilities.

Wrong phone number?  The modem can't know who's calling until it answers so it can't "not answer" just for TS's.   ...Pat

Does anyone know why the OS units can dial in and upload fine in W2000 and 1-17-23 but the TS units just ring and ring and message says no carrier detected ? 

Same phone number - same database - same modems - is there something I am missing here?
