Thanks, Steve.  I would like to add the following comments:

• The document is primarily oriented towards novice election support people, who have little or no election experience.
• Our experienced support staff should feel free to provide feedback to make the document a more valuable resource.
• The document is intended for internal purposes only, and is not for the consumption of our clients.
• The travel section contains material intended for Canadian staff (ie. US customs information).
