cards have been used in previous election:
        Johnson County, Kansas  1085-128Mb PC cards (advance voting and
election day polling)

all Texas accounts first time use:
        El Paso County, Texas  145-128Mb PC cards (early vote in person
only)
        Guadalupe County, Texas  25-128Mb PC cards (early vote in person
only)
        Franklin County, Texas 2-128Mb PC cards (early vote in person only)
