    Create Registered Write-in candidates and enter their totals then this will do what you want.

Currently, write-in candidates are not displayed on the Election Summary Report.  Write-in candidates that receive the most votes in a race are technically winners, but can not be bolded on the Election Summary report if the Winners option has been selected, since they are not displayed.  Any suggestions for a better implementation of winners in such case?
