The calcsize uses approximations when determining the memory card size so there is the possibility that the data will fit in a 128K memory card.

a client told me she downloaded a vc that said in the calculate size button that it was 140 k

why would gems allow that?  she got no error - I have told her to get the size down to 120 by redistributing and then redownload them
