I am going to try to have something together in the next couple of
weeks.  Will update in a week if I run into trouble and it looks like it
will take longer.  Accounts that want to do this can enter in all their
language data prior to the release, then upgrade and press the generate
button.

What is the esimated finish date for being able to print non-English
ballots
in GEMS?  We are approaching ballot layout hour for November.
