RE: Canvass
Maryland wants Canvass procedures to follow. I assume this is supplemental
to their election law.
For example, § 11-201. Regulations:
The State Board shall adopt regulations consistent with the provisions of
this title governing the canvass.
Maryland thinks that Diebold should write these procedures.
I want to offer them an example.
