Is the GEMS training manual automatically installed in each server sent out by McKinney to the Georgia counties?
If not, I think it should be installed with a version number and updated by passcode when necessary similar to other products such as GEMS, Ballot Station, etc. Of course this means Msft Word will have to be installed as well.
The certified Ballot Station software for the particular state should also be installed in the host PC as well as GEMS.
