I'm trying to get in touch with Rob McDonal on Sat.
AM. in McKinney. Shouldn't there be an automated answering system in
McKinney that provides me with the opportunity to dial an extention. Right
now it simply rings and rings, no answer, no voice mail, no nothing. This
seems like a rudimentary capability for most companies. What's the
deal?
