RE: GEMS Course Curriculum

Here is an outline of the course as Tari teaches it.  We have a team working right now (including Suzanne Fletcher, instructional designer for Diebold, Inc.) to put together a training curriculum for Georgia, which should be easily modifiable to work for other states as well.  This project is to be completed by May 20th.
