FW: Cards Cast Report Questions

I have received the following e-mail from Tom Schuhler at GBS.  I have not
done really any work in any of the GEMS 1.18 series.  Can anyone give me any
insight to these questions.

*** The Cards Cast Report provides an option/checkbox for "Times Blank
Voted".  If this option is selected, what does the "Times Blank Voted"
column on the Cards Cast Report indicate?


*** Does "Times Blank Voted" on the Card Cast Report refer to ballots which
were completely blank (i.e. no oval marked for any race on entire ballot)?


*** Is there any report which provides the number of completely blank
ballots cast in each precinct?  If YES, do all versions of the AccuVote
machine  software/firmware upload blank ballot statistics to GEMS?


*** The Cards Cast Report lists the number of ballots of each ballot style
cast in each precinct.  Each ballot style line contains a VGroup1 column
indicating the party associated with the ballot style.  (This is useful in
an Illinois Primary Election.)  Is there currently any option available to
print the total ballots cast for each party in each precinct?
