FW: Gems

I received this e-mail from Bill Bowers this morning.  I do not see in the
latest readme file any reference that this has been added into the 1.18
versions yet.  When I asked for this back in October, Ken specified that it
would be added to the 1.18 version.  What is the status on this???

Precinct name on two lines...  Has this been done?  DuPage county wants this
and I was hoping it was in the works....
