We find that it also puts in a blank ballot for each style. is that correct?

    The L&A test when not selecting the "Cast One Ballot per Precinct"
casts, for each ballot, one ballot with the first candidate voted, two
ballots with the second candidate voted, three ballots with the third
candidate voted, etc.
