        If it is in the main header for use in both AVOS and AVTS,  is a second header required without the @precinct for AVTS? 

 

        The reason I asked the question is that it came up as @precinct  on my blue and white, windows 98 version  NT 4.0.5 AVTS.  Double checked.

        It responded correctly when ballots were printed and viewed in Ghost View.

    The BallotStation version 4 supports the @precinct macro. 

 

    I do not understand the second question.
