RE: Tarrant county DB - Error File Converter Could Not Process the Rich Text in the Input File

No this is something different (and up 'til now unreported).  Send me a copy of a database with "copy and paste from an unidentified source" that exhibits the problem and I'll look at it.

Mike,

I had the same error prompt with a couple of databases.  I had used the customer's website for the candidate names as nominations came in, copied and pasted into the GEMS database.  Worked well, no typos.  Since it was such a nice database (City of Brampton, 150, 000 voters) with AVOS, I tried to download it to AVTS and received the error prompts.

Did the same with Markham with the same result.  It seems that if you copy and paste candidates from an unidentified source such as a website the error prompt appears.

I am receiving this error when I "Q" the VCenter for AVTS Download.
Full Error: The File Converter Could Not Process the Rich Text in the Input File, Please check that the files was saved in Rich Text format(*.RTF)

Now, I'm guessing that it is just as it says, files are not saved as rich Text.  What files?, my TS-Text files have not been touched.  This is the ADA database, was there a special release of GEMS from Soza for ADA compliancy?
I am using GEMS 1-17-15.  I have not yet tried any other releases of GEMS.  I have tried this on a different computer as well, and still receive the same error.
