RE: Gems 1.17.7.5 Exception from CBallotDlg Error

These are all good follow ups.  Reminder, bugtracks need:
 
A proper subject.  A test case.  Information on whether the problem occurs with only your database, or all databases.  If not all databases then what the difference between yours and the others.  If all databases, then what was the last release that worked.

Have you tried any newer releases of GEMS?
Did this work at any time during your DB creation and testing?

Downloaded everything OK, It's when I try Readiness Testing OR Test Count and I receive this message using Gems 1.17.7.5 and AVTS 3.13.9.2:

I know I've seen this message before on Support, however cannot seem to find the email regarding this.
