There may be some very minor
changes to the GEMS 1-17-15 User's Guide. It is certainly fine for
internal release, although I want to officially release it to the public only
once GEMS 1-17-15 is nationally certified, which I believe should not be taking
too much longer.
The GEMS 1-11-14 User's Guide is
currently being revised, and should be released hopefully within a week.
As this software has already been certified nationally and the revision is
required for Florida certification only, the document will be immediately
available to the public.
