I believe the
design is too permissive in allowing the voter to retract the ballot. I
would like the design changed to include an infrared-activated hatch with a
razor sharp bottom, which would close automatically over the ballot insertion
slot upon the detection of the voter's hand, attempting to retract the
ballot.
