No, they are used as voter cards.  Also:
  • So called "manager cards", the 64k and 128k, cards will work on the Spyrus as voter cards.
  • The 4k cards would work as manager cards, but the IMARK software used to create manager cards can't currently write to 4k cards.  So for now only the 64k/128k cards can be used as manager cards.
