No, Kansas
rotation is based on the musings of men with pointy
hats.
Ken
That is what they do. Kansas rotation is
based on Voter Registration & Precincts.
is it possible to satify the
requirement by a rotation based on voter reg totals and not
precicnt?

This is a question from Johnson County for
their selection committee. They expect a response from us.
Please provide us with some possible solutions. Thanks

This is a question to ask the state or
the county. In most places they would not create extra
precincts and would only rotate as many times as possible for the
given number of precincts.

State
law requires that each candidate appear at the top of the
ballot. How can this be accomplished when there is a race
with more candidates than there are precincts??? Would
we create more splits???
