agree with Tab, based on the results of my testing, I believe it is a hardware
issue, somewhere between the main board and the printer we are having a
problem.
I
checked the connectors and Ian's modifications have been made to the unit.
I don't think it is a power failure because I can still advance the paper in the
printer.

This message comes from the
WinNT print manager. I think there may be a hardware problem on that
unit. Ian had mentioned a while ago that on some units the power
connection to the printer would shake loose and the printer would stop
printing.
Ian do you have any comments?
