Can't find the entry.  But it is still starting up. Weird.

Should be in start->programs->startup.  Move mouse over the entry, right click, and select delete.

My laptop is bringing up Ballot Station.exe at bootup.  I've gone into
settings>TaskBar Startup>Start Menu Programs>advanced 
 
I can't locate BS.exe.  Am I looking in the wrong place?
