When will the
Ireland AVTS Ballot Station and PoleBook release be ready for
testing.
If I manage to get
the VIBS changes off my plate today, AVTS first cut should be ready mon, maybe even later
today. GEMS capable of upload and display of
proportional votes probably not 'til tues, but we'll see.
