Greg, can you please send the database so i can take a look. I'm not sure now if this is SP6 problem because i
found that SP6 does not overwrite existing riched20.dll. I'll follow up to support list when i find out what the problem is.

The sequence shouldn't matter.  That is the problem.
 
Right now we have Dmitry guessing it is SP6 causing the problem, and Greg guessing it is fixed by SP6, so obviously we need some more data here.  Dmitry, please look into this some more.
