Ken: I am a bit new to the Cal accounts, but
the last two installs - Lassen and Siskiyou - could not perform the training
exercises in 1-15-9 or 1-16-8. Do you think 1-16-10 will work for them? I had
to use 1-14-13 for training.

Without knowing what training exercises you were trying
to perform, I have no idea. Upgrade to 1.16.10, run your tests, and if
there are any problems post them to bugtrack. That would be SOP.
