ok - it's a fix - but ballot 4 still has headers in col 1 and 2

this database the name runs into the party cuz the columns are shorter- see the races in the first columns  
 
Change Ballot Options -> Oval/Box -> Shift Box ->Horz to 12 points and regenerate.  If you are still running into the party with this change, let me know which card/race in SLOGENERAL is causing the problem and I will take a look.
