It is
not on this year's plate. Its not an easy project because of all the
placement option rules. The card footer option works in the 1.16 series if
they want to put "turn card over" on the bottom though. You can also
approximate footers with a header on the next race, or with a dummy race with no
candidates. And then there is always manual editing as an
option.
