Race Rotation Reports?

I'm kind of new to this race rotation thing. In the attached database (1.16.7 password=gems) Minnesota style rotation is used for most of the races. Why isn't any information generated in the following pre-election reports:

Race Rotation with VReg

P.S. Yes, this is the same database I sent earlier with the Print Artwork message. However, modifications have been made to produce rotation.
