with use card pct ids and cum results checked we get "msg out of sync" error on download

if you uncheck cum results only and check use card pct ids we loose our cum reportunits

any other ideas?

this problem needs to be solved - as Adams is sending out Absentees this week -  has anyone come up with anything ?  

Check "use card pct ids" for the absentee countergroup, or use 1.94s (or newer) firmware.
